Can an iMac 5K cracked display could be replace with iMac 4K display?

Just wondering if anyone else out there have done such of display replacement….have a 2015 5K 27 inch iMac with a cracked glass…..was wondering if I can get a cheaper version of the 4K and just replace the LCD/glass combo?
