Why is the blue stuff on my laptop keeps moving
the blue stuff keeps moving all over the laptop as seen in the attached picture . what can i do? .

Open it up and inspect your battery for swelling. Pressure from a swollen battery on the bottom of the track pad can cause this type of erratic behavior. It can also be caused by a virus.
In the case of a virus, start up in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key on start up and see if the issue persists,

the issue persist while in safe mode and is worse. the battery is not swollen
@ayobola - Your trackpad or your keyboards arrow keys are jammed. One is sending a signal to move to the right and then it goes down to the next row and onwards...
@danj what can i do to the trackpad
I would first see if taking it out and clean the edge of the case and the edge of the trackpad with a very slightly damp paper towel with isopropyl alcohol (on the dry side!) You don't want it wet as the wicking action of the layers of the trackpad will be damaged just enough to clean off the surface. If that failed I would replace it.

You could also have a bad key in the keyboard, so don't assume the trackpad is the issue. In either case a liquid spill or using a spray cleaner directly sprayed on the trackpad or keyboard could have dripped in as well damaging it or the keyboard keys.

Can you give a better description than "blue Stuff"? Are you doing this jumping all over or it doing it on its own? Have you spilled anything on the keyboard?

it is doing it on its own and i did not spill anything on the keyboard. cannot even deduce what could be wrong.
