kernal_task is over 90% Fans on full, but cpu is not hot! MBP so SLOW
kernal_task is over 90%. Fans on full, but CPU is not hot! 47º Celsius
Mid 2009 13” MBP 5,5 is SLOW like molasses.
This happens even with a fresh wipe and install of El Capitan. EtereCheck no problems but took a longer than usual. Reset everything and problem still persists.
It’s been 3 weeks now, driving me around in a twist!
Any clues?

Let's check your thermal and voltage sensors!
Install this great app TG Pro take a snapshot of the apps main window so we can see all of the sensors and fans (you may need to adjust the window size a bit so they are all visible) Post it here for us to see Adicionar imagens a uma pergunta já existente
For the voltage sensors you'll need to run the onboard diagnostics. Restart your system and hold the D key. Depending on the version of macOS it might not work as Apple messed up the systems firmware within the newer OS's. If it works tell us the exact error code/s you get.
