Fix soft brick with default recovery menu

I recently re-discovered my old Kindle Fire HD 7 3rd gen that I had been playing around with a long time ago. It has a soft brick on it and is bootlooping. I don’t know how I managed to get it to this state, as there’s no SD card slot and the only recovery menu options are “Reboot” and “Factory reset”. I did the factory reset option, no change. It would be nice to see what data is on the old device, although it won’t really have good enough specs to be usable.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Might want to do some googling on ADB and Fastboot.

@propman I have been and have tried many things, but what I've tried haven't worked. Thanks for the help though. The problem is my adb.exe can't find my kindle.
