Siri troubling lot when doing voice typing

My problem is when I'm trying to voice typing with Siri it can't understand what I'm telling. It never understands even basic words. I'm updating my iPhone X when it has a new update. But it has this same problem and my mobile restarting always when I am doing this. Can anyone help me to resolve this problem?
