How do I clean the carafe?

I have the glass one and I’m trying to figure out how to take the lid off all the way to clean the inside of the glass???

FWIW, took a look at their site but they only sell replacement carafe (though they do sell a carafe cleaner on a stick! lol) so would imagine if the top doesn't screw off then it is form fitted during manufacture and not meant to be removed. Looked at their support page for emailing them but as far as I could see there wasn't anything available. I might have missed something though so you can check it out with the following:
