First I don't believe this is the correct system as in my quick search I can't find it on the main logic board views within iMac Intel 27" Retina 5K Display Teardown Take a second pic showing more of the logic board so we can see the area its located.
So which system is this logic board from and what board? Why do you think this chip has a problem? Is your system encountering problems if so what.
Once we know the added details it will make things a lot easier!
