Why is half my display not working
The screen was smashed I changed the digitizer and half didn’t work so I changed it again but it still isnt fixed

John Smith when you say that half of your display did not work the issue then would be a LCD issue. If you are saying that half the screen was unresponsive to touch then it is a digitizer issue. If it is the display not working replace the LCD. If it is the touch it could be the digitizer (yes it is possible to get multiple bad ones) as well as the connector for the digitizer. Check it for damage as well as the logic board. Let us know what you find

Replace the LCD on your iPad if it’s a viewing issue or if your touching it and it won’t register your taps then it’s a digitizer. It might be an LCD issue on your side but it could also be a combination of the 3. Glass. Digitizer. And LCD.
