iMac2015 late supply fixed but fan noise loudly...

The iMac 2015 late has been self repaired.(power supply)

but Fan noise is very loud.(rpm 3600)

Did you try running diagnostics to see if you got an error message?

Restart your system and hold the D key. Tell us what you get for an error if you got one.
