After screen replacement, the loud speakers no longer work, any ideas?

After screen replacement, the loud speakers no longer work, any ideas? I did not disconnect anything the guide for replacing the screen assembly didn't tell me to. I've already seated the screen assembly too. I'll just make due with using wireless headphones to make sure i get notifications. I just want to know what it could be incase I encounter this issue again
