Difference between a Late 2015 27" iMac screen EMC 2806 & 2834?

I just bought a Late 2015 27” iMac with the A1419 Retina 5K Display, and managed to crack the glass on the display in less than a month. (Grrrr) The display stills works fine. I’ve researched what the replacement display screen should be, but it seems there are two EMC numbers for the A1419 display…. one is EMC 2806, the other EMC 2834. What’s the difference between them? Based on my serial number, my machine has the EMC 2834. Are they interchangeable? It just kills me to have to pay over $400 for the whole display when it’s just the glass that’s cracked. Any suggestions (other than live with the crack) would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The cover glass is welded to the LCD and not replaceable on its own. Sorry ;-{

For reference:

iMac 27" Retina 5K LCD Panel & Front Glass Assembly (14/M15) - New Apple P/N 661-00200 - Either a LM270QQ1 (SD)(A1) or LM270QQ1 (SD)(A2) LCD unit

iMac 27" Retina 5K LCD Panel & Front Glass Assembly (L15) - New Apple P/N 661-03255 - LM270QQ1 (SD)(B1) Which has for a LDC unit.

You’ll need the second display for the correct LCD panel. Here is the Grade B version which is much cheaper! iMac 27" Retina 5K LCD Panel & Front Glass Assembly (L15) - Grade-B
