Danach startet das Gerät nicht mehr. Möchte das Gerät jetzt in Reparatur geben und meine Daten vorher von der SSD sichern und löschen.

@beob8er and Stefan Müller the M.2 slot and the SSD are on the backside of the motherboard. You will have to remove the board to get to it. Something like this video will help with that.
