1 PS4 1215a disk drive not spinning
I just took my PS4 1215a apart to clean it for the first time and now everything works in the disk drive but the disk won't spin. The laser works and the motor that make it go forward and backwards. The ribbon cable look good there is nothing broken either

Nevermind. the magnet in the drive was upside down

Okay, I don't like laughing at people, but that comment is absolutely hilarious because I once made that mistake, and I was sitting there wondering what went wrong for 2 hours, trying to fix it. Once I realized the magnet was replaced incorrectly, I nearly died of embarrassment at myself. Biggest facepalm moment of my life.
