Usually this kind of connector is rated 10-50 cycles, with 25 being the most common rated cycle counts.
But that only means the connector is no longer compliant in some way, actually it still works good enough well beyond that if you handle it with care.

It depends on how gentle and precise is the hand doing the job, Some people manage to mess the connector with just one replacement by deforming the plastic part to force push it in place. If things are done properly I’d say tens of times, the 6S has pretty a solid connector.
