No service, can't activate

I bought an iPhone 7 cheap knowing that it didnt read sim cards. Due to that, I can't activate it, so cant even get into it.. have plugged into iTunes and tried updating and restoring, neither worked.

I'm pretty stumped on this one, what can I do to at least get into it? Is there a way to get it to read sim cards? It's not an eligible model to send to apple either. Any help would be much appreciated.

Have read through multiple forums and articles and comments, nothing seems to help.

restore your iPhone using recovery mode is last thing that can try to activate it. Did you try it also? This method also did not work the problem is in the hardware.

You can’t activate it, if you have knowledge in Microsoldering than you need to reball the BB_RF (BASEBAND IC), usually iphone 7 with this problem are as a result of Audio IC problem when “Technicans” try to repair audio ic and mess up by heating mainboard for a long time. If you don’t have knowledge in Microsoldering the only option is to send it to a repair shop. Don’t waste your time restoring it it’s not a software problem.

Yeah no micro soldering knowledge yet, something I want to learn in time. I have been in contact with a few of my countries repair places that do board level repairs, everyone said something different. Some said its inrepairable, some said they wont even look at it since it has a third party screen on it, and some asked for me info/to view so they could properly see what needed to be done. When I get a chance in a few days, probably next week, I'll be sending it away to a repair store and seeing what they say.
