Spilled water on keyboard, battery and touch pad buttons not working,

Hello i have surface book 1703

I had spilled water on my keyboard. After 2 days later, i opened cover and cleaned . all the component had been dry when i opened .

Although touch pad button and keyboard battery are not working, keyboard, usb port and touch pad gesture is working good. i dont understand what the issue. i want to change my battery. i scare If it doesn't work.

I find batteries on the web , but i couldnt find other components such as io board and battery connector. How can i find these.
