I’m replacing the nonfunctioning lightning port in my iPhone X. Other than the screen adhesive, the lightning port part, are there any other gaskets or anything else similar that will need to be replaced when re-assembling the phone?

Not to my knowledge. You should be fine if you replace what you stated in your question.
