My phone got a little bit wet and now my touchscreen won’t don’tnothing I can’t even swipe anything but the phone still charges, comes on and it will let me still use up/down, power and home buttons PLEASE HELP ME

For water damage a good trick I like to use is to switch the phone off and place it in a dry bag of rice for at least 24 hours. This will leech the water out of your phone and hopefully solve the problem!
If this doesn’t work, you may have to replace your phone’s screen. There are many guides for this online, but hopefully it won’t have to come to that.
