Samsung galaxy s6 stuck on erasing screen after factory reset.
Hello i have a samsung galaxy s6 will not boot up past the samsung screen. When i press and hold both the volume buttons and power button and do a factory reset the phone resets and goes into the blue screen with the android and it says erasing but now its stuck. I tried downloading the most recent official firmware and flashing it with odin. The phone accepts the update as normal and reboots the phone to the blue update loading screen. The progress gets to 32% then says erasing and the phone freezes on that screen. Willing to try anything! TIA

Does it get stuck if you hold the buttons down and click reboot instead of factory reset?

Same boat here! Frustrating....but,
Some other people says that it really takes very long for it to erase, even 4-8hrs or more, some also says that they leave it overnight then the next morning got the Samsung hello already on the screen....
For whatever reason if that is true, well I don't know why would it take that long for it to erase, right now am holding my breath for it as I comment here haha...

Yep still stuck, i reckon its something to do with its internal storage chip, think its spoiled or got some bad sector, or something failed with it, that is why it cant erase anything or cannot re-install the firmware properly...or its also possible that the FRP protection for the google account was never turned off before we do the firmware re-install, that could possibly be a cause of the stuck on the erasing screen loop...but how to unlock the FRP now that the phone cant go internet and turn off the google account already, as people would say...we're F! hehe...
