Ps2 Slim isn’t spinning discs

First I replaced the laser and spindle. Still nothing. I opened it up and pushed down the two sensors and still did not load disc. Brand new laser and spindle. Laser works and moves but the spindle will not spin. Does it make a difference that when I bought the spindle it was listed for a ps2 SCPH-70011 and SCPH-7000X and my model is SCPH-750001? The spindle connects fine but is it one of those things that it won’t work in the other models even if it connects fine? If it’s not that then I don’t know what it could be. All the issues I found online I replaced or tested them. I even replaced the battery. Any help is greatly appreciated.
