So I am in the process of changing the ram.. Everything went well starting from the right with the battery facing me. when I got to the third screw it stripped. All of the other screws came out easily. Any ideas on how to get the screw out.

Got it out by using a better #00 screwdriver and

I checked out the link at Virus Total and it came up green, so I risked clicking on it. It's good. I even learned something.
Frequently I've been stuck on a problem, and posting a forum question on it has helped me to the answer even before anyone has replied. Good on yer, Frank - glad to hear you succeeded!
