I am trying to log into my Apple ID on my MacBook but it keeps asking me for the verification code. The problem is that my iphone is disabled and needs to be connected to itunes. Any idea how to log into my apple iD/Itunes on my laptop?

You’ll need to visit an Apple Store with your MacBook Pro and your iPhone with the needed cables.
