I have a Samsung curved led tv 55 and my son unplugged it because he couldn't find the remote and now the standby light is constantly flashing and won't turn on. I've taken it apart looked underneath all the boards and nothing looked burnt tested the fuse and it was reading 60 volts my cord was reading 122 nomiminal. Need help

So after failing to follow rule 1 of electrical connections. After I replaced my main board I soon found that I missed 1 connection that was lose connection and that was the connect from the power board to the screen.

Bcnu2day “tested the fuse and it was reading 60 volts my cord was reading 122 “ let us know where on the board you got 60V. Since your standby light is flashing you need to check between the power board and the main board. Measure the voltages on the connector from the power board to the main board. Also, check your power button board as well. we need to know what exact model your TV is and try to post some single images of the power and main board.

Hello sorry about the late response I bought a new main board and paperboard from shopjimmy.com and now I have a constant red which I know it means it has power but when I hit the button it will go away for 3 seconds then come back with a constant red. I hear no clicking and I've checked all the capacitors and all look good.
What else could it be ?
When you disconnect the wire from the power board to the main board and then turn your TV on, what happens?
No red light shows up and tv doesn't turn on
