just plug in the phone via usb cable and try to restore the phone but you must have a internet connection. restore need a software file (version=4.3.3) 660mb that will downloaded automatically . if you are stuck in the loop then remove the back cover and remove the battery plug for 5 mins then restore it .

that's a common error for a jailbroken device that apple won't recognise. Google the solutions for either mac or pc-should be straightforward.

Connecting to iTunes and click restore will erase all the data and setting on iPhone. If you don't have an available backup to restore from, you'd better not do that. The tool ReiBoot is used to exit iPhone recovery mode with one click, without resetting iPhone and connecting to iTunes. Have a try if needed.

Here is a quick guick on how to fix iPhone stuck in recovery mode:

1. Lauch iTunes (make sure you've installed the latest iTunes).

2. connect iPhone to computer via usb cable.

3. Wait for iTunes to recognize your device. An iTunes popup will display that offers to restore your iPhone using your most recent backup.

4. Click OK to exit restore mode.

Put your device in recovery mode and set it up again

Connect your device to your computer and open iTunes. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from a friend or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for help.

While your device is connected, force restart it: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home button for at least 10 seconds, and don't release when you see the Apple logo. Keep holding until you see the recovery mode screen.

When you see the option to Restore or Update, choose Update. iTunes will try to reinstall iOS without erasing your data. Wait while iTunes downloads the software for your device.

If the download takes more than 15 minutes and your device exits recovery mode, you'll need to repeat these steps and choose Restore instead of Update when you get back to this step.

After the Update or Restore completes, set up your device. If you previously backed up your device with iTunes or iCloud and had to restore your device in step 3, you might be able to restore from your backup during setup.

But in this way,it may cause data loss, you can use a third-party tool to restore iPhone from recovery mode, and restore iPhone system to normal without data loss.
