When I connect tablet to charge it shuts down

Hello, My tablet model is TB3-710l or Lenovo Tab3 Essential.

My tablet charging port didn’t work well so I changed charging port. But this time when I was connecting it to charge it was shutting down! Next I understood that I installed a wrong charging port so I change it again with a right charging port but still it has that problem.

I disconnected battery and I connected tablet to charge next I checked charging voltage with multi-meter and I saw that charging voltage is sth about .28 volt.

Also I couldn’t find it schematic diagram.
