1 Why isn't the sound working?
The computer turns on, but for some reason I can’t hear anything.

Hi Aaron,
Your speakers might be muted. To turn the audio back on, find the speaker icon in the bottom right corner on the taskbar. If it’s muted, there will be an (x) next to the speaker. Click it to unmute.
