What could be keeping my 02 Altima from turning over with the key?

My 02 Altima just all of a sudden quit turning over and cranking with the key. The battery is good..the starter is good..the clutch safety switch isn't bad nor are there any bad relays..I'm getting power to the solenoid and can crank it with a screwdriver when I jump the 2 power post on it. When I try with the key nothing happens the dash lights blink out and there is a single barely audible click coming from behind the interior fuse panel but it will crank every time that I short the solenoid with the screwdriver!
