screen is stuck on support.apple.com/iPhone/restore

My phone worked this morning and now is stuck with a cable, itunes logo and a link that says support.apple.com/iphone/restore

hold the home button and pwr button down at the same time for up to 30 seconds and your phone should do a reboot. Let me know if this helps.

Did not work.. It still comes back with the support.apple.com/iphone/restore I’ll have to try to connect to itunes and hoping that will help. any other ideas anyone?

hold the home button and pwr button down at the same time for up to 30 seconds and your phone should do a reboot. Let me know if this helps. — John caddy
