Well I need to change the usb port of my s6 edge+
I have a useless s6 edge so I wonder if the usb port (use the "metal part of it") would be compatible with a s6 edge+
Please help

Absolutely, They are both micro usb ports. I don't think this was changed until the note 7 or 8.

Size is a difference and most likely the placement is going to be off. If it's useless too you I would probably sells the parts off to a repair shop and keep the motherboard, just because any sensitive data in it.
