What should I do after dropping it and finding stripes on the screen?

A couple of weeks ago, I dropped my MacBook Pro to the floor, from a chair about 40 inches tall. I thought nothing was wrong, but I recently noticed little horizontal stripes throughout all the screen, and they are bigger by the bottom of it. They do not keep the laptop from working well, nor do they look annoying (you can barely even notice them).

So, I was wondering whether I should do something about it. I want to know if it can get worse overtime, and get some advice on whether I should have it checked right now or to wait and see. I have only had it for less than a year, and the thing is that although I bought in the US, I live in a country where apple support is not accessed easily.
