earpiece speaker replaced really quite
Earpiece speaker was very quite so I purchased a new one from iFixit.com and replaced it now it is louder but not by much....any suggestions?

I would suggest cleaning out the earmesh. That is usually the problem due to dirt or dust in the earmesh. You're going to have to remove the screen, front camera flex and then pop out the ear mesh from the front of the screen to clean it off.
New screens also come with new earmeshes if you just want to replace the screen all together if your screen is cracked

Just a small tip: I have found that using isopropyl alcohol with brushing (or even Q-tips) carefully on both sides of the earpiece mesh does a good job in clearing out the blockage.
