Where to find replacement 'mist trap sponge' for the ink?
I have a Canon PIXMA MX432, I need to purchase a "mist trap sponge". Any idea where to purchase?

Try calling the "Canon Parts Order Desk" at (866) 481-2569:

However, that part looks like open cell foam. So if you have / find some open cell foam, try cutting a piece to that size.

Thank you for the info....I called Canon earlier and they just wanted to sell me another printer. Website states they don't service this model any longer. Yes, it is a very thin fine piece of foam / sponge material. I think the problem will be installing it because it has to be inserted into the track and secured so it doesn't move when paper runs through. Paper got jammed and in the process of removing the paper, it got snagged on this foam and came out with the jammed paper. I will see if I can find some thin cell foam and use. Thank you again.....greatly appreciated.
