Can I Replace the Passive Radiators

Is there any way to replace the passive radiators on the JBL Charge 3? I have damaged mine and cannot find a third party repair company to do it.

You can purchase passive radiators online. The repair is easy, but your speaker may not be waterproof aftwards.
