For Remote Desktop, if you are running Windows, Microsoft's Remote Desktop client is free.

@ben9may possibly.... if you are talking about just the LCD, you will need a controller board to use the LCD panel as a monitor. The very first thing you need to give us is the exact make and model of the LCD panel. Most panels have a sticker affixed to the back of the lcd panel. Give us the make and model/manufacturer listed on the label so we can try and determine what panel this is and what controller board you will need.

Maybe is my best answer. You do not have a video-input port.
IF you could find suitable APP for JELLY BEAN to accept video from USB,
and IF you buy a VGA-to-USB converter box.
I have an old Toshiba laptop with no lid, no screen, no battery.
Runs Windows video out the USB port, cabled to a converter, cabled to video-IN on a TV.
No joke... thats the 'RCA' connectors ;>)
The TV is the monitor for the laptop. Will play movies / games.
Your senario is similiar,,, but the tablet needs to pull video IN FROM the USB port.
Another approach,,, but no-fast-movies, you could run over WiFi network with client / server software.

Note: Client / server software over wired-ethernet might be a better solution.
A simple 10BaseT 'X' cable might work at much higher speeds..
I think There Is no app for that, If someone clears Me out that It has 30pin connecter board, i am gonna Open it up .
@ tom we were planning to use only the lcd panel in the unit by attaching it to a 1080p display controller via the 28/30 pin connector on the lcd panel, how do you think that would work out?
