The USB OTG on my Note 4 is not working. It might be a defect in the charging port.
I am considering trying to replace it with the Galaxy Note 4 Charging Assembly (AT&T) Item code: IF278-011-1 that I found in the Ifixit store.
Does this unit support OTG USB?

The charging port daughter board must match your model.
What model number do you have? If you have an AT&T model, it can work.
Big word of caution, the LCD is incredibly difficult to remove, and when you do, you will lose some water resistance.

I have an AT&T model. Last year it stopped charging so I replaced the charging port (without breaking the LCD;) with a cheap part I found on eBay. It worked but lost the OTG functionality. I just wanted to be sure that if I replace the charging port for a second time with this unit (IF278-011-1) that I will regain the OTG capabilities. You seem to suggest it will.
iFixit parts are high quality parts. If they don't support OTG, you can alert contact customer support and report it.
