i have 2 x box 360 and one the disk drive is not opening right cause of the thing that holds the disk in place is to low and so i put in the othee one and it say to play this disk to put it in to an x box 360

I do not think that you can do that. Read the explanation right here. Now there is a way to do it and it basically consist of:
Get the tools to open & void Xbox360 warranty
Connect your old Xbox360 DVD drive to your PC
Use a program to read the key code from old drive
Remove the old drive, put the new drive on the PC
Use a program to copy key code onto new drive
Put the new drive into Xbox360
