Callers can’t hear me
when receiving or making call the other party can’t hear me unless I have The phone on speaker mode or use headphones

Hi you probably need a new charging port because the bottom mic is located there. It can also be the mesh on the bottom from debris or liquid that is blocking the mic from working I recommend taking it to a pro if your unsure of how to take it apart. The unit can be disassembled the mesh can be soaked in alcohol to remove any debris blocking. Any liquid can damage the microphone easily. Hope this helps.

I have replaced the battery myself. problems started before the battery problem when I had it open I did check all the screens they seem to be clear
I would try a new charging port without installing just plug it in and test.
Thank you Victor I just replaced my charging port. dealt with this problem for just about a year. Finally ordered the part this past weekend. Paid less and $15 and that included the tools to get the job done. already received it and replaced. It was so easy to do I can’t believe it took me so long thanks again .
Can this issue occur when your phone is dropped ?
