I had the exact same problem there's nothing you can do you have to buy a new phone the batteries are not replaceable.They will tell you that you can go to a phone place and have the battery replaced if you pay all that money to have them take it apart or replace the battery nothing will work.

I had the exact same problem there's nothing you can do you have to buy a new phone the batteries are not replaceable.They will tell you that you can go to a phone place and have the battery replaced if you pay all that money to have them take it apart or replace the battery nothing will work. — End Time Kimmie
