Try the following:
1. Backup your tablet using the tablet's backup feature
2. Ensure the battery is fully charged.
3. Perform a factory restore (also known as a hard reset) using the tablet's factory restore feature.
Be aware that a factory reset will erase all your data and downloaded apps. It will restore the tablet to its' factory default condition. It will be like when you first got it. That is why it is important to do a backup first.
4. When reset complete, check if switching cameras works OK.
If not
see answer above this one.
If it does
5. Restore the tablet from the backup made earlier, using the tablet's restore feature.
6. When restore complete, check if switching cameras works OK.
If it does,
Then the reset has resolved the problem.
If it is faulty again
Then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app one by one and test the cameras between each uninstall. Do this until the cameras work correctly. The last app that you uninstalled is the culprit.

If you can't switch your Camera from Front to Rear using the Camera settings maybe there's a problem in your Camera Module.. if its warranty try to contact the re-seller..
