Fan not working with AC and Without AC

Hi sir,In my Citroen c8 Fan is not working at all..but we checked through dialbox it's working properly low and high speed...

In engine there is one fault... THERMOSTAT OPEN CIRCUIT....we changed the thermostat but still fault is there.... please help me
