Why can't people hear me on speaker?

I have recently had the following errors happen repeatedly:

1. Recipients of my calls cannot hear me well/at all when I call with Speaker
2. I consistently have calls drop if it goes longer than a couple of minutes
3. Specifically with an app called Zoom (screen sharing/group call app), attendees cannot hear me at all, as if I do not exist (I have been through troubleshooting this, checked all the audio settings, etc. Does not work)

Any ideas on what is happening? Earlier this year, I did a factory reset 3 times due to another issue. At this time, a factory reset would be a massive undertaking for me as I work at a start-up and have many dev apps on it that I will need to have redownloaded from our dev team.
