Unfortunately you will need to factory reset the device to get in. Resetting the device will clear all your previous data that was on the device. I will provide a link with more information.

what if you factory reset it but its still password locked and you still dont remember your pw?
To my knowledge, factory resetting the device should clear everything. It's possible that the factory reset didn't work. I would try it again and if you are still having problems I would contact RCA.

contacted RCA about the Viking 2 tablet they really wanted nothing to do with me nor their customer service help me in anyway I will no longer be buying any RCA products for this is now a locked paperweight
