Bought an S6 today, im not as well versed with Samsungs. During calls, other party cant hear me, like theres a mic failure. Mic functions fine during voice recording, etc. Any clue?

Are you using the default phone app? Also, I'm assuming you've tried a regular hard reset.
Settings<Apps<Application Manager<Contacts (unless you're using something else.) Try Force Stop first, and reopen Contacts and try to make a phone call. If it still doesn't function, go back to that screen and open Permissions. Disable all permissions and reboot the phone. Go back and reenable them. Try again.
Yes tried hard reset...but will try what you mentioned and report back. Funny...I have a friend named Brian Graves
