I have Dell monitor (Dell 22 " SE2216H)). When I connect it to camera's installed in my home through HDMI Cable it blink continuously. But when I connect it ith my laptop HDMI, it works fine. I dont understand why cameras are blinking?

bohra.harsh this maybe an issue with your cameras and not your monitor. Since your monitor works when connect to a proper source it works, but not on those cameras. Sounds like a signal issue to me. Check the settings for both the monitor and the cameras and see if they can read each other. It might help if you can tell us what make and model your cameras are.

Has it worked before OK?
Try switching off the monitor and unplugging everything from it, including the power and leave it for 5 minutes. Then plug in the power and then the HDMI cable from your camera source , switch on and see if it works.
If it doesn't what make and model of "box" are the cameras connected to and then connected via HDMI to the monitor if this is your setup? Is the "box" HDCP compliant. If not and since your monitor is there may be a compatibility issue between the two
