My iPod 3G is stuck on the disabled screen and I have tried to restore it by holding the two buttons until the "plug into iTunes" picture shows but when I do that my computer cannot and will not recognize it. Its not my usb either, it works fine with any other device and ipod device. how can I make my computer recognize it?

Watch the video, it says hold the home key and then plug it in.
my daughters ipod is disabled and says conmect to iTunes. How do you connect to itunes.

enter DFU mode using this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bITIiGsw... screen will be black when in DFU conect to itunes set up as new ipod then restore from PC or itunes good luck !!
