Why my phone is not producing sound

@apalapalangaz you are saying that you have no sound with youtube, are you then saying that you have sounds playing anywhere else. If so, than it is most likely a settings issue or an incompatibility with the youtube format (unlikely). Check the settings menu and see what it shows you. It may have an option like "listen via device" click on that and see if it works.

If all that checks out then consider a factory reset to return all settings to normal. Remember to back up all of your files since the reset will delete those of your phone
