scratching/beeping noise coming from Retina MBP (fan at 0 rpm)

There is an odd scratching/beeping noise coming from my Early 2015 Retina Macbook Pro. The computer has no moving parts, but the fan; I downloaded "Macs Fan Control" and the noise persists even when the fan reports 0 rpm. I cannot tell exactly where the noise is coming from, but it's definitely near the upper area of the keyboard/logic-board. I hear the noise even when the laptop has been sitting idle.

Should I be worried?
