Popped the T off the keyboard as there was something underneath, but in doing that, broke a tiny piece of plastic off the retainers so it cannot be put back on. I have the key - is there a way to get the retainer parts to replace?

Ah, unfortunately we only deal with Apple products, so i dont have specifics on this particular model and its keyboard design, but typically you can get the scissor clip separate to the key cap.
Perhaps a close up photo would be of help in seeing what is damaged?
