Yashica T2 won't rewind

My yashica T2 won't rewind. I have had the camera open, and everything else seems to work just fine. I know it is a common problem for the Yashica cameras, but I have not been able to find a repair guide online that will show me how to repair this problem. I have even checked the connections, but the connections on the bottom seems to have a signal. I hope someone can help me.
