Well, I also bought blackberry classic q20 last month but I have started experience the same problems of the phone overheat pretty much and yet I don't even use the phone a lot and I just use only caling and check the Internet in 30minutes but the phone overheat seriously. I real need help over that problems. Thanks Chris

@ochan885 you do want to start with a new battery. It is possible that the battery is at the end of its lifecycle and starting to fail. Replace it and let us know if that made a difference. the first few steps of this guide show you how to remove the battery.

These snapdragon S4 chips like to get really hot under load. Heat is pretty normal. The phone has several thermal sensors and will power off if it gets too hot.
